We collect the information you submit to evaluate and close a catalog advance: identity, contact details, royalty statements, catalog ISRCs, tax forms, and — after you accept an offer — banking details for disbursement.

We use that information to review your catalog, send transactional emails about your application and offer, prepare agreements, and fund an accepted deal. We do not sell your data. Team admins on this portal can see what they need to close your deal.

Statements, W-9/W-8 files, and government ID uploads are stored so we can complete diligence and tax reporting. Bank account numbers are encrypted at rest. Passwords are hashed.
